At first glance, this mindset can seem limiting, but this lifestyle can be one of abundance over time. Throughout our original 40-day journey, we cut out the crud and added in amazing healthy meal options and snacks. It wasn’t about perfection — it was about good stewardship of the bodies God gave us. And it really made a difference.
