My last day of the workweek is also my last day of detox. Yay for Fridays! My week has been hectic and I’ve become so accustomed to the detox meals that I hardly give it a second thought anymore. Not that I won’t have a cup of coffee in my hand tomorrow morning.
As of today, I am experiencing some stomach issues. I have a sneaking suspicion that I am lacking in something that my body needs and hopefully with a Google search and the ability to incorporate more foods tomorrow, I’ll have a solution. Regardless of the cause, I don’t think that it’s the least bit serious. Definitely won’t keep me from my morning. coffee.
I think that I still have an obsession with coffee.
I’m using this last day of detox to evaluate my journey so far. These reflections are mostly food related. I’m trying to figure out what I would like to incorporate back into my meals and if there is anything that I really didn’t miss or just felt better not eating. I’m sure I’ll feel more strongly about certain foods once I’m eating them again.
As for now, I’m celebrating! So proud of our first 10 days! We rocked it, Brit!
