Yesterday, I repented. The Fitness Essential has been sorely lacking in my list of priorities during this Daniel Plan journey.
So today, I turned it around!
I went from a comically low 1,991 steps yesterday to a smashing 11,003 steps as of right this moment!
How did I do it? A 3-mile run with Mike on the trail that felt more like quality time than exercise. I could get used to this!
I did it. I found a fun Fitness activity I can tie into my journey and I actually want to schedule around it! And I tied in the Friends Essential by spending time with Mike, to boot.
I’m going to be pulling out a few more possibilities in the next few days. I’m astonished at my super-quick results on taming this lion. I really needed the boost this week. Thanks, Papa.
