One of the drawbacks of being a writer by trade (and being blessed with plenty of work to do) is that I am stationary for most of my day.
I am comfortable with not being a 10,000 steps a day kind of a girl – but today… I will be lucky to break 2,000 steps! Something is seriously, seriously wrong.
Deadlines be darned, this has to stop. Fitness has got to reclaim a prioritized place in my life, or this Daniel Plan journey will cease to be fully effective.
Newton says objects in motion tend to stay in motion. And I fear the same may be true for those not in motion. Eating healthy is not enough to be Daniel Strong, and I am ready to step it up.
I need a purpose… a goal. A race, a deadline, something to hold myself accountable for taking joy in movement.
