Dear Mother Nature,
I miss running. You may be wondering why I don’t just go and run. Well, you see it is no secret that I am a morning person. I like to get up early because that is when I am the sharpest and when I feel accomplished early, it sets the mood for the rest of the day. I also like to exercise early. I’m just too tired after 3pm to consider exhausting my body even more.
Here is my problem:
My lack of running is beginning to cause some issues. I’ve gained weight. I’ve lost my healthy stress release (sorry for the last couple of months family and friends). I’m just plain tired. I need to get out of this rut. I need a fix. And soon.
I’m begging you. Please help me out here. These freezing mornings and amazing evenings are torture. I’m not requesting 40, 50, or even 60 degrees. Can you just keep it above freezing around 5am? I would be truly grateful.
